We understand shopping online sometimes requires exchanges to get the right fit and make sure our customers are able to wear what they get!
-Exchanges only. No refunds. (Store credit will be given if item is out of stock).
-Exchanges accepted only on claims filed within 15 days of delivery of your order.
-All items must be unworn and unwashed.
-Sale items and custom modified items are final and exchanges are not accepted.
-Customers are responsible for paying postage to reship to us. We will then reship your exchange back to you at our expense.
-We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
-If exchanging for an item that costs more, a check needs to be included for the difference, payable to THE GRIND ATHLETICS, or an automatic store credit will be issued.
TO BEGIN REFUND PROCESS: Please email us at: Customerservice@thegrindathletics.com. Please include: -Your name, order # and reason for exchanging product.
If qualifications to exchange are met, you will be emailed a Return Authorization #, Printable Exchange Form and our address to mail your exchange to.
All Customer Service requests will be answered 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday Eastern Standard Time.
*ANY ITEMS THAT DON'T MEET THESE PARAMETERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
-If a product arrives to you with defect / damage or we incorrectly send the wrong size / color, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you for return and replacement item will be reshipped at our expense. Please email us details and a quick picture of issue.
-Grind Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address, unless the address mistake occurs on our end. Tracking info is sent on all orders via email for you to see when and where it was shipped. If the wrong address is provided and item returned to us, we will contact you.
-Any info we can provide you on lost packages will be given. Claims with USPS must be done on your end, unless the mistake is ours.
*There are no returns or exchanges on any sales outside of USA.
